Refund and return policy

We hope that you will not have any problems with equipment supplied by us. However, if problems arise, it is better to clarify all rules in advance.

Here is our return and refund policy.

1. If you want to make a refund request, please, do it within 14 days after delivery was received. If you will find defects after 14 days of delivery, do not despair and feel free to contact us. We will try to suggest the best solution for your situation. Defective devices are replaced under the manufacturer's warranty. You can always ask our managers about each brand current warranty policy.

Please, try to check the equipment within 14 days after delivery!

2. The product must be shipped in its original packaging, with all components of the original set (including accessories and instructions). In addition, please be sure that you put a copy of Eltra Trade invoice inside the package in a prominent place. If you do not meet these conditions (without an adequate reason), we can refuse the refund.

Please check the presence of all components carefully or talk with our managers in advance if you can't send some of them!

3. To make a refund you must have Return Authorization (RA) code. To get it you just need to email or call us, clarifying the following information:

  • Your Name
  • Company
  • Country
  • Address
  • Phone
  • Reason for Refund
  • Unit Serial Number
  • Date of Purchase
  • Number of Eltra Trade invoice

Please put the mark of the received RA number on the package surface.

Products without documentation and RA number have little chance of being returned and will be considered last.

Please get the code before sending us; it will save your time!

4. We will as soon as possible inspect the received item to above return criteria mentioned. Our managers will immediately notify you about refund status after that inspecting.

Sometimes we need to involve highly specialized experts and this can take a time, please be patient

5. Please be sure that you have shipped a returning product to us in the way that it can be tracked and (or) insured. Eltra Trade is not responsible for products that was lost or damaged during such shipping!

In some cases, you need to pay shipping costs for product returning, please clarify delivery conditions with our managers!

6. In some cases, we can subject a 10% restocking fee for the return according to equipment and reason. Sometimes, (with similar reasons) shipment charges are not refundable.

You can avoid this, notifying only accurate information to our managers at the RA code stage!

7. During 5 days when your return will approve, you will get a refund to mentioned credit card or other agreed method.

The method of refund or purchase of a new product for this amount is discussed with sales managers.
